If educating our children lengthens my commute this much, consider me an opponent of education.

The other day on the way to work I was following a school bus for a few miles.
These kids were getting picked up at their driveway. I saw this bus stop at three consecutive driveways at one point. Do kids not walk a couple blocks to a bus stop anymore?

As a hybrid gen-x'er, I will agree with you in principle but tell you that driving a large truck is my choice, so go fuck yourself.

Maybe not in the rich suburbs like Lakemoor.

Here in the mean streets bus stops are few and far between.

Why not homeschool? You can start with Public Speaking ... allegedly.

They're raising a generation of pussies.

In The City kids get driven to school even when they live just a couple of blocks away.
