if you're a "millennial" like you say you are then you should be within biking distance of your owner

The other day on the way to work I was following a school bus for a few miles.
These kids were getting picked up at their driveway. I saw this bus stop at three consecutive driveways at one point. Do kids not walk a couple blocks to a bus stop anymore?

As a hybrid gen-x'er, I will agree with you in principle but tell you that driving a large truck is my choice, so go fuck yourself.

Maybe not in the rich suburbs like Lakemoor.

They're raising a generation of pussies.

In The City kids get driven to school even when they live just a couple of blocks away.
