I hear this just about daily on the traffic updates. "53 is slow from Lake Cook to Palatine Road because of an earlier crash" Well, no shit it was earlier. What... are you also able to report on crashes that will occur later? Why do they say this? Is it to fill time? Because they're stupidied? |
