Apparently, they also asked him if pitching guys like Kershaw in late innings could become a trend, and Dusty said "It's not one I ever want to be a part of." If I was the GM, I'd fire him on the spot for that comment. Your job is to win, not adhere to some stupid unwritten rules. That's not an unwritten rule, anyway... he's just making shit up. Starters pitch relief in the playoffs frequently. |

Just saw the play when they sent Werth on the hit to LF He was like 3-4 steps off third when the cutoff man caught it. Unreal.
