In five deliveries to Rogers Park in four week's, only one has been on time. Tonight I ordered a replacement Xbox one controller due to a drunk buddy dropping it. I ordered at six and picked an 8-10 delivery window. I get a call at 957 not from my driver (who declined my call at 930) but some corporate middle man who said the driver was on the other line. He tells me surprise he won't make the delivery at 1000 but can be there "in a couple of hours". WTF? No ETA other than probably before midnight. I know I could have went to a best buy and already be playing BF1 but fuck me for staying home to drink Rum in my underwear. To add insult to injury you can't tip cash and I had already given a ten dollar tip which I can't take back. Between three late orders and one completely wrong food order I'm just about fucking done with prime now. Better off just interacting with people in stores and using grub hub. Fuck you delivery Jose and your prime now bosses.

2 questions:

1) Was this controller dropped out of an airplane? In other words don't controllers, remotes, etc, normally survive normal household falls of a foot or two? Mine do.

2) If your buddy broke it, why didn't he just go to Best Buy and purchase a replacement?
