Saw Jost on SNL and various people on Twitter do the joke about the Lincoln Memorial concert of 3 Doors Down, Lee Greenwood, and Toby Keith being the 2nd worst concert Lincoln ever attended.

It should be the worst! That's the joke! 2nd doesn't make any sense at all.
