Post subject:  FLO
I have hated Flo from the insurance company I will not mention with a white hot passion for many years. The character is stupid and the actress is bad and the material is even worse. If you listen to any Score shows on the stream you get a regular diet of really awful Flo commercials that lack any sort of wit or charm or talent. It is an embarrassment to the company and an insult to listeners. I have Alexa and whenever her stupidity airs the neighbors can hear me yelling "Alexa, volume one! " and the Echo Dot turns down the volume until the audio garbage is over. I would almost Esther sit through a Jim Rose sportscast than ever hear or see Flo again.

I recently posted in the "Bad Commercials " thread about Flo. If you stream, you hear Flo reading poetry about 5 times per hour. Her "regular" commercials are horrible, but "Floetry" will cause brain damage.

BTW, if they think this doesn't matter, I won't buy anything from "The little guys" ( if they are still in business), buy a car from Gossinger, or buy Marconi peppers because of Mike North. If I ever have a car to donate, it will NEVER be to cars for kids. If I sell my house, it won't be with Amy Kite.

I learned in an advertising class long ago that businesses need to very careful about whom to attach their wagon to--thought about that as I saw Tiger in some ads this weekend--he's not really making me want to buy a Rolex at this point (not that I could anyway).

i have an irrational hatred of flo. we switched insurance companies because of it and i made sure the progressive people knew.
