Actually felt sick to my stomach watching this. Some of the shit they mentioned was appalling, even for the subject matter.

Admittedly, when the original Jane Doe suddenly remembered all the horrible things happening to her as a child, I was skeptical. I don't think she was lying, but the subject of repressed memories is something difficult for me to grasp.

But then there were like two dozen other people with similar stories and I was like, "Yep, that dude's a monster."

i love true crime docs, i'll have to check this out.

right now i'm still getting over watching "dear zachary", which is almost 10 years old...but i just saw it on netflix after being told about it from a friend. yeah, even the title haunts me.

I think it started out really strong but the last episode felt like it was running on fumes. Just too many unresolved questions combined with the increasing level of depression for the viewer as they see justice not be served for anyone.
