Suing MLB claiming that racial discrimination has prevented him from umpiring World Series games... https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/m ... 449010001/ He's an awful umpire so he has no case. He can however sue MLB for being ableist and not letting him, as a blind man, umpire a World Series game. He rivals Joe West as baseball's worst.

That was good work. Not by Hernandez. I hope MLB fights this as the trial would be fantastic, just an hour long presentation of blown calls by Hernandez. They'll have to keep the audio in to hear the announcers tear him to shreds. Heck, have them as witnesses. "MLB would like to call Ken Harrelson to the stand." You guys remember that Adam Rosales home run that he somehow called a double? Pretty sure mlb themslves said he blew the call. But yeah its racism.
