As Rozner mentioned on the Score his improper use of the bullpen cost them the series. The biggest mistake was pulling Rich Hill early. He messed up his bullpen by making too many pitching changes that burned the arms in the pen. |

Yeah this whole not trusting your starters to get more than 12 or 15 outs is terrible . Game is waaay overmanaged anymore . Terrible . |

I am a Yu Darvish fan, but his first couple of innings are always his worst, as he figures out which pitches and arm slots are working. I would not have started him yesterday. |

Dave Roberts messed up because he had a quick hook earlier in the series, but he left Darvish in too long in game 7. He should have started Kershaw and then pulled him after 3 or 4 innings. The biggest problem though was that they got Darvish instead of Verlander. |
