White Sox administration has always been under a misperception that Hawk is beloved by fans. Every non scientific polling that I see is that he is tolerable by 50% at best. I'm sure JR commissioned a study about Hawk's position in fan's hearts by the same group that came to the conclusion that JR was not part of the problem years ago.

That's simply terrific!

That one ranks right up there with the old Hawkeroo alarm clock.

Same here. I want one to use--but I want one to save. Still need another alarm clock.

Turn in your Lodge card.

Nice. I'll buy it on ebay and put it next to my other Hawk bobblehead that sits proudly in the middle of my baseball bobblehead collection.

You anti-Hawk people are weird.

Remarks like that, through a Cubbie fan's Caray glasses while wearing a Horry Cow shirt, perspective is the key, Uncle Milty

I never had a Horry Cow shirt ... I don't know anyone who did afaik ... Caray never sat for batters at a time pouting about some perceived umpiring slight, nor did he run the Cubs into the ground as a short-lived GM ... I would suggest the lack of awful White Sox t-shirts is largely a business decision to not print merch that's not going to sell rather than some enlightened fanbase or whatever your vapid point was. Methinks you might want to consider what your perspective is exactly before levying such a charge, particularly to me.

Never needed one. I remember Soul Train on channel 26 when it was still filmed here. And my thoughts on BBQ are well settled

Len Kasper-- who has turn into the biggest homer announcer in this city-- is just as quiet as Hawk is when their respective teams lose on a walk off.

while I tend to agree with many that Hawk's shtick has become stale, he's still a legend. The only that's DB worthy is that it's taken the Sox this long to capitalize on it.

where was the Hawk Bobblehead 10 years ago???
