The happens WAY more often than you guys would believe. Seeing it at first was kind of sad. As the years went by and the less sympathetic judges retired - or tired of them, it became hilarious to watch the pathetic bums fall over themselves. Think Judge Judy in real life, but funnier. |

There was video of this "kid" (I guess that's what his maturity level is) representing himself and getting into arguments with the judge. It's like George Costanza but without the humor |

The best was the comments about not believing that he wasn't getting 30 days or 6 months or whatever when the parents have been telling him to get out since September. I've had a brother in law move back in and out with my mother in law a bunch of times and I always shake my head. His life is pretty messed up (Mostly due to him being unable to learn from mistakes) but its just crazy. Really upsets my wife when he takes advantage of her mom. He's been on his own again for a while again so at least it isn't an always thing but I imagine he shall return. Had a second cousin do it to. Even worse it turns out he was stealing from his mom. I'm not sure what is going on now that she has passed. |

This is just sad. I think it's difficult for many people to adjust to the way society works right now. It used to be you went to work with your friends in the same job as your father. For many people they are just directionless. |

That effectively ended with the baby boomers. |

I am guessing he doesn't know what to do or is ill-equipped to do so. There are many lost souls in this world, but I don't think publicly shaming them and calling them names does much more than make them want to shoot up a public place. |

This guy can't even get off his ass to do chores or get a job serving fries (at least that's honest work). That's not society's fault. The kid has no work ethic and that's on him. |

I saw some reddit threads where people who went to high school with him posted (granted hard to know the veracity of those claims) and said he had some intelligence, but was just always lazy and never applied himself. They also said his family is fairly normal and his parents are nice people who have allowed their manchild to use them. |

a shoutout to the judge who allowed the eviction, but this is the parents' doing. years of enabling and negligence on nurturing to give the kid a chance to grow up and be mature, all catches up to you. but he's no longer their responsibility. he doesn't deserve the 15 minutes of fame he's getting for this either. there are millions like him, and not worth the exposure. grow the fuck up and work. |

I can't disagree with any of this. There are 6.6 million jobs out there right now, surely one of them can use someone with such a low skill set as this putz https://www.cnbc.com/2018/05/08/job-ope ... llion.html Heck, he can take a truck driving course. There is now a major shortage of drivers nationwide so we can all expect to see the cost of regular household goods increase as their transport costs are about to go through the roof. |

can't really talk. Hoping to put my condo on the market soon while looking for a new house. If the timing doesn't work out perfectly between selling and buying my 48 year old ass will be moving back in with my parents as well...and bringing a wife and dog to boot. |

Yeah that's a different situation. My wife, kid, and I are moving into my parents' house for a week long period between us leaving our rental and closing on our new home. Good luck with the house search. You should get some good deals as the Chicago area market hasn't seen the explosive growth other markets have in the last few years. |

Yeah, totally different situation...back when I was 30, I moved into my grandma's house for a short period while finalizing my divorce, and got the fuck out as soon as I found a place (moved in sub zero weather right after Christmas). |
