France has incredible burger establishments. Perhaps the absolute cutting edge of burger innovation is in the US but failing to label the French (or even Belgian) output as good is hasty & mistaken. Spain too has come far in sliders served as pintxos, but a slider and a burger are different fundamentally. |

They are owned by the company which owns Applebees. That explains a lot. I end up at the Bolingbrook one about once a year at 3am. I always regret it, but Omega has gone so downhill since the 80s and those and Dennys are the only 24/7 places. |
