Dropped his illegally carried handgun in a courthouse. Rookie move dork.
Hes been removed from judging for the moment. It will be interesting to see if he gets reinstated and what they give him for time.

My guy says he is well connected enough above and below board where no jail tail will be involved. A large donation and suspension is punishment enough for a cat this high up the food chain. If the weapon had gone off, then he would be in jeopardy.
