Chicago rapper giving away free shoes, haircuts at a anti bait truck event. The cpd bait-trucks are tied into railroad theft. Get this the railroad has since apologized and charges dropped against bad guys arrested in the sting. They're apparently trying to entrap "poor" residents. I thought they were trying to arrest thieves. What's next a protest event for bank robbers? Brilliant stadegy, make the crook the victim.
