District judge in New Mexico, named Chavez just dismissed child abuse charges for three Islamists charged in New Mexico compound case because of a technicality. THis is a different judge than the idiot woman judge assigned to the case who granted free bail to the Islamists charged in the case. Gee. Maybe the citizens in New Mexico need to re-call some of their "justices"?
