This flick is full of continuity problems. They find Santa at 10:30pm on the east coast on Christmas Eve, then go to a restaurant in Chicago. So it's 930pm on Christmas Eve and the restaurant is full of people? Also the bartender steals a car and parks the stolen car at his place of employment? Huh?!?

The central conceit of the film is that people don't believe in Santa. The little girl has video proof that Santa exists, then at the end Santa secretly takes back all video evidence of his existence. Talk about mixed messages!
