I mostly use Hangouts, but SMS for family and a few stragglers, and the awful Facebook Messenger for a couple others. I wish someone would send me a WUPHF. |

The only texts I receive are from AT&T letting me know they debited my account each month. |

Will they tax the unsolicited texts we get during campaigns from various idiot groups asking for money? Is it a tax on each sent or each received or both? What happens if you move out of cali but keep your number? Still taxed on those texts? |
