These judges just don't give a fuck, the prosecutor either. Plead everything down to nothing and send em on their way with electric monitoring.

There is nothing you can do to stop gun violence and we can't give up our rights to try and change it. The law said he couldn't own a gun and that is all we need.

How do you know if they aren't enforced? Pleading down an armed home invasion at a residence where you have an order to stay away gets pled down to attempted burglary.
