Umm... So MANY people go to the hospital and get anti biotics. The drug is spread through rooms which aren’t thoroughly cleaned. Apparently, anti biotics make the infection spread. So when you go into a room where this fungus is present, and your doc prescribes you antibiotics your risk will increase, right?

I've read in other articles that these tend to be underreported also because the hospitals do not want word to get out that they have such infections in their hospital.

Definitely not apoplectic, but still a concern.
