That article just sort of ignores the whole state level 'exceptions' for 'Marijuana is currently Schedule I which is not allowed to be sold or used in any way per federal law'. Changing it Schedule II, sure, federally, it would be treated than how it is with Schedule I...but states are already doing their own thing with it anyway/

No one that regularly consumes marijuana should be able to carry around a firearm.
