The guy was a COWARD. This needs to be appealed to a court. Paying this coward $137,000 for hiding while children were being killed in unforgiveable. The parents of those kids need to take this case up the legal chain. School districts should hire former Marines and army guys to guard our schools against vermin like this. Not some fat fucks who passed some police training years before and rode civil service up the pay chain via unions to an asinine $137,000 pay check(s).

I sort of remember the police chief of that city being a huge asshole also who defended this coward. Is he still in charge? I also remember many rank and file cops being disgusted with this cowards action and the chief's policy and statements. Maybe the governor can intervene and fire this coward?
