This is the dumbest American tradition. Every year I see this thing on the local news. Today was no different. They bring the fucking glorified rat out. Guy wearing a top hat. It annoys me. This is why the world hates us. Among other reasons.

The sun determines the seasons, not a groundhog surrounded by cardboard cutouts of slightly overweight white people in Pennsylvania.
