This is getting ridiculous. I enjoy rumors just like the next person but apparently every star QB is getting traded. I still think there's only a 5 percent chance Watson gets traded, but at least it's plausible. Russell Wilson is going nowhere! Aaron Rodgers is going nowhere! Derek Carr is going nowhere! You think Gruden wants Mariota as his starting QB? Enough! |

I can second this. ESPN has pulled this shit to get ratings for years. Most of these trades for QBs would just be shuffling the deck on the Titanic. |

Well Bernsie was pining for the Bears to get Tyrod Taylor today so anything’s possible. |

Tyrod actually makes the most (realistic) sense for this team. |

A similar Dbag move is when these outlets do "BREAKING: Panthers are aggressively pursuing Deshaun Watson" like yeah no shit, tell us when there's something tangible, every casual fan has known for weeks now that the Jets, Dolphins, and Panthers are interested in Watson, there's nothing breaking about that. |

What is worse when media members are working for the teams in spreading rumors. There were a couple reporters that were working as Eagles mouthpieces about the Bears interest in Wentz. |

I love how a Rodgers trade is immediately dismissed by the media because of the size of a dead cap hit, but they run with the Watson story even though the dead cap hit would be worse for Houston. Then there are the reports that the Bears offered 2 first round picks for Wentz, but somehow the Eagles accepted a 3rd and a possible. My guy tells me that the Bears NEVER even made an offer. |

Rodgers and Watson's situations aren't comparable at all They're similar because of the damage that it would do to the Texans and Packers salary cap if they were traded. |

Right but that's the only similarity. Might as well compare it to the Chiefs trading Mahomes. Rodgers was MVP last year, plays for a well run organization, and doesn't want to leave. Watson is publicly demanding a trade and the Texans are the worst run outfit in the league. Watson is going to get traded this offseason, Rodgers will not. Those are both pretty much set in stone at this point. |
