I doubt she intended to have her car get stuck on the rocks.

A helicopter pilot had to hover over dangerous waters and a rescue diver was lowered into the water and entered the car while tethered to said heli. Very dangerous. Plus who knows who she almost mowed over to get into the water. It's all pedestrian walkways there and apparently she drove through one.

ok, so you exaggerated greatly when you said she she was trying to take others with her. No evidence that she tried to do that and obviously she didn't intend for her car to get stuck on the rocks causing a rescue helicopter to be deployed.

She sure as hell didn't give any fucks about any one else and she wsd going to put people in danger one way or the other fishing her and her car out of the falls even if it doesn't get stuck before going over. No one knew she was a suicide so someone had to scramble to try to save her in very dangerous conditions. So no, no great exaggeration there. She was fine with moving down pedestrians or putting rescue crews in danger.
