I'll say I've had no problem with Wisconsin drivers myself. They give me space and patience when I'm up there pulling my camper and that's just fine. Try driving in Chicago! That's miserable. People are rude and don't give any quarter.

It's bizarre, so many transplants from the North there and in Atlanta, yet most seem to have forgotten how to drive in a little snow.

When I went there for work my colleague, who lived in Connecticut and was tasked with driving me around, would constantly complain about New York drivers

Drivers here are much better, albeit much faster, than the drivers in the Houston metro area. My insurance rates here are twice what they were in Illinois. Houston drivers are the worst in the US IMO.
