Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson scolds a Latina female reporter for asking whether or not he's going to the Bears game while he goes to London

It's disrespectful and condescending for pointing out that the "Black man" is going to London for a Bears game.

He ends it by essentially saying yes, he'll be at the game to "root for the Chicago Bears."

The most bizarre thing about that interview was that he had a chorus of people behind him doing call and response. "I think it's pretty JACKED up you'd ask me that! "That's right!" "You think the black man can't go to a Bears game!" "Oh no!"

Heard someone claim, at the local dog park, that there is a rumor out there that he does not even live in Chicago despite all his "I live in Austin" talk.

Oh, relax, it's just an office at the Cultural Center, the place for milling around to kill time without looking like a vagrant. If the space weren't the First Lady's office, it'd be a storage closet for artistic black-and-white photographs of gas stations. I don't know that anyone should be spending a great deal of money on decorating it, but there's nothing wrong with having it.
