The dumbest thing ever, a lot of national far left celebs and now the far left sports people are going to this echo chamber.

So far on my count of followers on X for all things Chicago sports got
Dan Bernstein
Dan Wiederer
Producer Shane
Herb Lawrence

I guess truth social is the far right version of twitter, but don't know of anyone who created an account(maybe Mike North LOL)

Either this blue sky was set up after the election or the election had these people go that way. So far the usual supsects...of my Chicago followers I am guessing the following go, feel free to predict as well.
Mark Lazarus
Jason Goff
Spiegs and Sir
Haugh
Rick Telander
I would say Hub for sure, but I dont think he does anything anymore.

Also over/under how long it lasts? I think it lasts forever like truth social, but people will spend almost 99% back on twitter/X for echo chambers get boring and not a lot of activity after a month or so. it will just kind of be there.

People listen to Mulli and Haugh, so I suppose there is.

Yet Another Post Promoting this obscure supposed anti-social media clusterfuck. Blue Cry must be paying for all this promotion of their website on here.

The Blue Sky era will last a few months and then they'll all migrate back to Twitter because their engagement metrics on stories will collapse and that's what determine if they get paid or not. (at least for the writers that is the case)

Herb must live in his moms basement as he can't be pulling in any money from CHS sports gig.

Echo chambers are fine, the right does it with truth social, but as I said, I dont really follow anyone on the right who has gone there and North Blocked me years ago....I could see him being a truth social person.

For whatever reason(might be in minority on this forum), I rarely listen to any show or podcast, just enjoy getting sports takes on twitter.

So yes I follow all of them.

Jason Goff is gonna Jason Goff right now. Telling everyone commenting on Dan Weider moving to blue sky to touch grass, get laid, make money, etc....
While Bernstein is a far left loon and PSU broke him, I think he still has some sense of himself. Goff is basically male Julie Dicaro.

Also, quite notable(could be wrong and feel free to correct me) basically all the 670 people have blue sky and none of the ESPN 1000 Local people do.

Like I said, I think it will flame out in a few months, but still kind of be there. It is fun entertainment to watch.

What exactly is your complaint here? That the people you don’t like, who work on shows you don’t listen to, are posting on a site you won’t visit?

I'm not, I think most people I follow are still on twitter....its just funny an election made them move to another site. I voted Harris....I am obviously not a member of the media and just a fan of sports, I would find it just as funny if Harris won and people like Clay Travis went to some new site.

Some much for Chicago tough media town! Now lets get some therapy playa, u be u, about to get uncomfortable.:) :):)

I’m told that blue sky posts are called skeets.

I feel like this is news you can use.

That's kind of like saying "I'm not gay, but my boyfriend is".
