How about the latest clear example of DEI failure in the responsibility for the deaths in the French quarter of New Orleans. ANNE FITZPATRICK is the latest example of hiring DEI frauds instead of qualified people entrusted with protecting citizens. The stupid bitch got fired from her previous job in San Francisco but that didn't stop little old ANNE from not knowing shit about how to protect Bourbon Street with the barriers that the police ACTUALLY HAD BUT DIDN'T KNOW THEY HAD THEM NOR HOW TO USE THEM. In fact, the guy whose company sold them to New Orleans told reporters that he several times tried to call the NO police about showing the city how to use them but they never called him back

What? That is not what happened.

The barriers were taken down for maintenance in preparation for the Super Bowl. Whoever made that decision should have been fired. DEI, Republican, Democrat, whoever that idiot was should not be responsible for protecting the people.

"When New Year’s Eve arrived, the bollards were gone. They were being replaced ahead of the Super Bowl, which New Orleans will host on Feb. 9.

That left a critical security gap as thousands of New Year’s revelers crowded Bourbon Street. Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a U.S. Army veteran inspired by the Islamic State group, exploited that gap when he drove a truck onto a sidewalk early Wednesday and sped around a police car stationed as a temporary barricade, killing 14 people."

The dingbat police chief admitted on a recorded interview after the killings that she had no idea that they had the barricades. Not only that, but when they put them up after the people were run down they actually were not deployed properly. And I listened to the barricade company head state that he never got his phone calls returned by the police chief regarding how they are supposed to be used.

DEI ANNE. What a gal. The Granny Clampett look-a-like sure fits the DEMONrat profile for a law enforcement honcho. Fired from her last police super job, she won a lawsuit for her termination for $1.5M before taking the New Orleans job. Granny probably gave the NO terrorist driving lessons since just after her hire, she did hit two civilians with her car resulting in one injury. Great mentor for terrorists eh? She also has a Chicago linkage while working for Obama buddy Rahm Dead Fish Emmanuel on "police reform".

Its truly wonderful isn't it when such wonderful DEI hires prove their "worth" on the job isn't it??

Police veteran hailed for reform efforts in Washington, California nominated to be New Orleans chief

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said Monday that she has chosen Anne Kirkpatrick, a former chief of police in Spokane, Washington, and Oakland, California, to head the New Orleans Police Department, a nomination subject to the approval of the City Council.

Kirkpatrick, if approved, would be the permanent replacement for Shaun Ferguson, who retired from the job last year. The post has been held on an interim basis by Michelle Woodfork, a longtime veteran of the New Orleans department, who had also applied for the job.

“With over 35 years of experience in law enforcement, coupled with 20 years of leading police departments of even larger municipalities, Kirkpatrick has proven that she is more than capable and has what it takes to now lead the world-class NOPD,” Cantrell said in a news release.

Kirkpatrick’s job history includes six years as chief of police in Spokane. She was tapped to help with police reform efforts in Chicago under then-Mayor Rahm Emmanuel in 2017. But she left that job soon afterward to head up Oakland’s police department.

She was fired in Oakland in 2020. But she filed a whistleblower claim against the city, alleging she was fired for calling out unethical behavior by the civilian commission that oversees the police department. She eventually received a $1.5 million payment.
