Good Morning CSFMB! It's Friday, it's time to vote for some Douchebags!
Last week(s) we had two winners! The first uncontested winner was the young man who put his Naperville girlfriend into a coma. The second winner was actually a two way tie between people defending MJ, and Gov. Sanford, so since I am god here at the DOTW home office, I'm giving the award to Gov. Sanford. Why? Because. Now what? You want to piss of the Douchebag God? I don't think so.
So this week we have cemetaries, fags in Ferraris, Newspapers, Cards, and a couple ALL STARS! Here they are!
Illegal Immigrants:
Ugueth Will Shiv You, who must be Native American, has an issue with illegals sans SSN who want government backed loans. Illegals always want something, jobs, food, homes, better rafts. Needy. So tell me, does applying for Federal Financial Aid make them Douchebags? Ugie says yes!
The Tribune Company:
Ugueth Will Shiv You made me type his name twice today due to his nomination of the Trib for their acceptance of a bid beyond the Ricketts bid, and for possibly further delaying the complete clusterfuck that's been the sale of the Cubs. Or maybe they HAD to accept the bids. We've not heard from our legal expert yet, so we need to make a judgement call with less than all the information, something the CSFMB is uniquely suited to do. So vote!
Greeting Cards: Telling someone sorry, expressing your sympathy for their loss, and telling someone you love them... Greeting card help us express to people the things that we're too disingenuious to actually say to their face. But beyond this obvious benefit, they also are a waste of natural resources and are pretty expensive. Plus you have to go into a Hallmark store and risk being hit on by emaciated homosexuals when you buy one.

Steve McNair:
C_Howitt_Fealz nominated Steve McNair for the off field issues that may have led to his untimely death. While a extremely talented quarterback, and a dedicated philanthropist, and seemingly dedicated father, he was also bagging a 20 year old behind his wife's back, and another broad behind the 20 year olds back. When an addict dies from their addiction, do we say they had it coming or they deserved it? Have we glossed over McNair's deadly shortcomings? Was he a douchebag or was he a simple victim?
Minimum Wage (both federal & state): C_Howitt_Fealz nominated Minimum Wage for... being low. There is some talk about raising Minimum Wage and Fealz makes the argument that these wages are too low and do not represent the buying power that it had in the past. There counter argument seems to be that there's not many to be helped by raising minimum wage. Well, here's your chance to weigh in. Does minimum wage being too damn low make it douchbaggery? Vote!
Lebron James/ Nike: Nominated by
conns7901 for disappearing a couple videotapes of LaBron getting schooled by Jordan Crawford. I guess after it happened, James said something to a Nike rep who confiscated these tapes. We're used to this type of behavior in Tehran, but here? In the US? What the hell? But... was taping prohibited? Was Nike and or LaBron to blame? Who, if anyone, is the douchebag?
Burr Oak Cemetary: Nas nominated the cemetary, and thus the individuals behind the cemetary, for digging up around 300 graves, and reselling the plots. This has had an obvious effect on the families of those involved. But wow, these people are freaking ghools or what? It's pretty sick to dig up the departed, but is it douchebaggery? You must vote!
Bruce Smith:
Frank Coztansa nominated Bruce Smith, all time sack leader, for claiming that his past football injuries made him drunk. No wait, made him appear drunk. Or made him smell like alcohol and fail the roadside test. We here at the douchebag home office just love it when someone goes Big Time on the cops, and thus fully support Mr. Smith's nomination.
