Facebook used to a nice place to kill time, but now it's just full of stupid photos and posts that people have shared from others. Post some original shit people! I don't give a fuck about some photo or post you liked from some random political commentator. If you don't have anything original to say to me, then don't say anything at all.

somewhere on one of my old hard drives rests a parody ballad where i actually crooned "congratulations, you've reproduced! let's post some pictures on faceboooooooooookkkkk!!!!" i mean seriously, are we to be amazed that you're a virile human being, or that your kid DIDN'T die of SIDS? i have no idea.... but if i was a kid in this epoch and i found out that my likeness had been public domain since the days when i thought sucking on random household appliances was a good idea, i'd be a bit salty about the whole ordeal... but then again, that's why i'm not one of the finalists in the score search contest. they probably saw the expos regalia and thought "no way, this one's too out there" even though i'd have the best damn show on the score if i had a crack at it.

I have two Facebook friends who are related to each other who are currently having a dueling "inspirational/fuck the world quote" battle. They're both females. Most recent photo message from one of them:

What's troubling is that I'm sure their issue with each other could be settled with a phone call. Oh well...that's why I kinda just sit back and observe.

nah, you're actually cool.... i'm talking about the ~100-200 people i've digitally "kept up with" since high school who have no purpose in my life other than the occasional "hey i used to know you 18 years ago and i'm kind of aware that you exist" recognition.
