They should inherit it like her. I would say pic is NSFW because you may vomit when you see it.

World's richest woman says poor should have less fun, work harder

By David Lazarus

Just in case you were beginning to think rich people were deeply misunderstood and that they feel the pain of those who are less fortunate, here's the world's wealthiest woman, Australian mining tycoon Gina Rinehart, with some helpful advice.

"If you're jealous of those with more money, don't just sit there and complain," she said in a magazine piece. "Do something to make more money yourself -- spend less time drinking or smoking and socialising, and more time working."

Yeah, let them eat cake.

Rinehart made her money the old-fashioned way: She inherited it. Her family iron ore prospecting fortune of $30.1 billion makes her Australia's wealthiest person and the richest woman on the planet.

"There is no monopoly on becoming a millionaire," she said by way of encouragement.

"Become one of those people who work hard, invest and build, and at the same time create employment and opportunities for others."

Boom. Almost too easy.

Why are people poor? Rinehart blamed what she described as "socialist," anti-business government policies, and urged Australian officials to lower the minimum wage and cut taxes.

"The millionaires and billionaires who choose to invest in Australia are actually those who most help the poor and our young," she said. "This secret needs to be spread widely."

And now it's out there.

Thank you, rich people. We're not worthy.

The poor shouldn't have to work that hard.

Ah I get so tired of stories and statements like this. People jump all over it to try and run down one side or the other. It gets old. There is actually some truth to what she is saying. There are people in our world that do need to heed that advice and stop just depending on the rest of us to get them through life. Sure there are others that do not fit that category.

Well, that's all true, but the woman making these statements has probably never worked a day in her life, so it doesn't come across very well.

Oh I completely get that and she is probably a huge douchebag. But it just seems our current culture right now sits and waits for any type of statement like this to make some political gain and it just gets real old.

RFDC, I see your side of it, but to me what is even more stale is rich people in this country not realizing that environments play a significant role in success.

Most of them believe they could have been born an orphan in the ghetto and would still be where they are today.

how dumb is that?

Born on third and hit a triple. I would guess nearly all generationally wealthy people are like that.

When someone DOES make it rich out of a bad place, we make films about it because it's so rare.

But, yeah, everyone should and can do it.

I have always been a realist. You want money? Get a job.Maybe you will not get rich, but you might squeek out a decent lifestyle. That's about it. Somebody waiting for a big break (like winning the X-Factor or the Lottery),good luck. Dreaming is something you do when your asleep.
