Congrats fuckface, you did something you were supposed to do. This is right up there with Facebook posts about pictures of meals. Way to go, you have proven you can survive by making a meal and eating. It's one of the worst days on Facebook and in the office. Everyone proudly letting you know that they voted, like it is some kind of astonishing achievement. Nobody gives a flying fuck that you voted. And if you feel the unwarranted need to let everyone know you voted, then everyone should be required to also disclaim who/what they voted for. You think it's so damn important that everyone knows that you voted today? Then tell us exactly what you chose. Oh you don't want to? Then shut the fuck up! |

Unless you are a living person who was eligible to vote back then and couldn't, and now you can, then you can feel proud. If not, move on. I just slap one of those stickers on my shirt and move along. If you are proud enough to talk about going that is certainly your perogative. Once every four years isn't enough to DB someone for it. If someone has the gall to ask me who I voted for then I may need to agree with you. |

If you don't vote, you can't complain about anything! If you're a Republican in Illinois and you abstain from voting because Obama already won the state and your congressional districts have been hysterically gerrymandered, I think you can still complain. |
