I'm out in Vegas and the hotel experience has been the most miserable of my life. I guess that's what I get for letting my girlfriend handle this shit. When we arrived they told us the reservation (which was completely paid for since July) had been cancelled. Then we discovered that different owners own each room and nobody wanted to take responsibility for the problem. We finally got that straightened out. But now I've been waiting three days to have the room cleaned and I was advised that isn't included and they want to charge $45 a day. It doesn't say anything like that on any paperwork I have. Bottom line: Take my advise and stay far away from Vdara Hotel and never book with Kayak. I may move over to the Bellagio right now if they have any fucking rooms available. The manager of the racebook offered me a comp anyway. FUCK VDARA!!!!!!!! |

I don't think kayak books room. They just redirect to the company booking site. |

If you are a Vegas regular, why would you ever stay anywhere besides the places you know? Rooms are reasonable even at the best hotels especially during the week and service is really a necessity when you are there to at least make you feel good about the raping you get at the tables. |

Because she had a fucking work conference and put the whole trip together. And BRick, you may be correct, but my situation is this. The room she booked on Kayak is apparently owned by someone else (maybe Mike North) and is not actually a room owned by the hotel, although it is in the hotel. I tried to explain to the manager that when I return to Chicago or go on the CSFMB or Yelp or Trip Advisor or whatever, I'm not going to be complaining about some faceless owner of a room in the Vdara Hotel, I'm going to be complaining about the Vdara itself. Don't ever stay here! |

I had three great experiences using Hotwire this week. Three and four star hotels for less than 70 bucks per night. Sorry it didn't work out for you JORR. Direct the lady friend to Hotwire in the future. |
