Agreed. It's time for Google to spend the next six months creating competition.

How dare Yahoo! I have some fantasy basketball trade proposals I want to look at.
Oh, and I had to drop Percy Harvin out of my starting line up, however the commissioner of my league (me) allowed retroactive changes if they emailed me the change they were trying to make before the start of the 1:00 games.

That is a good/bad commissioner. I sent out a message letting everyone know that it was down everywhere, and changes would not be allowed. I didn't want to set a bad precedent. Also, I don't think you can make scoring changes after the game has started.

I can see that but the fact that it was the Yahoo server pushed the decision for me, there was no avenue for changing teams.

How are you planning on doing that?

I don't think this is possible. I'd check, but..........

Commissioners in yahoo leagues can edit any roster, including add/drops, and who is playing for any week. I can change the roster for week 1 right now, though I've never actually tried it.

Really? Did not know that, and I have been a commissioner for a yahoo league for 5 years

You can really do some fun stuff in yahoo leagues. One year, we had a free league and a pay league, and I started changing the scoring settings in the free league and all the records started changing.

I thought I had the power to do just about anything, but I wasn't able to modify rosters to change prior results. This occurred in FBB, because someone had an issue on vacation. I contacted a Yahoo rep and they confirmed it. It would be good to know if they've modified that in the last 1 1/2 years. But I don't think it's changed.

I haven't tried it, but in commissioner tools, I have edited rosters for the current week, and it asks me if I have to choose which week I want and all of them are there.

I have that in commissioner tools as well.

Kevin Fuchs sent an apology e-mail this morning. Too little, too late. CBS is way better anyway. Too bad I'm not the commish in my Yahoo! league.
