One of my favorite Bears ever! Great guy, met him, watched a Super Bowl with him, his sayings crack me up...

but Hamp...His name is Golden Tate...Not Tator!!!! 5 times this morning....

1 or 2 times, was gonna give him that.....but after that.....hmmm....

I mean you make those kind of comments on a guy who maybe comes off the bench and got lucky, or never showed any talent, but Tate showed some cajones

He co-hosted the "Majestic Star Casino Postgame" with Doug Buffone yesterday because Ed O'Bradovich is recovering from hip replacement surgery.

Every time Dan Hampton opens his mouth, I swear to God I'm listening to "Stuttering" John Melendez when he was on "The Howard Stern Show" and long before he became Jay Leno's announcer on "The Tonight Show". In plain English, once Bears' season ends, put this ex-Bear back in his cage. I don't want to hear him anymore on 670 The SCORE, let alone see him on NBC5. He was a Hall of Fame football player, but as a sports talk radio host...TERRIBLE!
