How is a $5,000 reward an incentive for me to turn in a guy walking around with $600,000?

I don't think he still has the six hundred grand, does he? And I think the thought process is that the type of people he might associate with would probably be willing to turn him in for a bag of weed, let alone $5000.

Just pay them to shut up. They've increased it to $50k. You could still pay a couple of people to shut up and be comfortable.
