Have seen a few ads from KMart thanking all those "LAYAWAY ANGELS" that come in and pay for peoples Lay Away items! Really! People just walk into the store and ask if they have any items on Layaway that need to be paid for? The ad campaign is stupid, sad and poorly thought out on so many levels, it is really just amazing. 5$ to put things on Layaway! Thats the contract cost...and to cancel it is $10, which you pay in advance! This is about as sleezy as the Illinois Lottery, trying to make your shoppers think someone is going to come in and pay for their shit! wow.. |

Denied. Anyone who expects anything other than the least amount of customer appreciation possible at a Kmart is more deserving of this nomination. |
