I don't know why I read anything written by this idiot, but this still caught my eye: Quote: More than the health of his knee, more than Mike Shanahan’s alleged negligence, here’s what concerned me about Robert Griffin’s first playoff appearance: Anyone care to recall what this slob's reaction was the last time a starting QB was no longer able to plant his foot in the playoffs and actually left the game?
RG3 bought the hype -- his own. His postgame comments explaining why he stayed in the game beyond the first quarter revealed a young man who had crossed the thin line between confidence and arrogance. “I don’t feel like me being out there hurt the team in any way,” Griffin proclaimed. “I’m the best option for this team, and that’s why I’m the starter.” That’s true when Griffin is healthy. He was clearly not healthy on Sunday, especially after he tweaked his already-injured knee late in the first quarter. On a gimpy leg, Griffin tossed a second touchdown pass and staked the Redskins to a 14-0 lead over the Seattle Seahawks. From that moment on, he was awful and a liability to his team. He couldn’t plant on his right leg or accurately throw the football downfield. He couldn’t run much either. He limped sideways for nine yards on one play, and you wondered why he stayed in the game. |

Shouldn't rg be the douchebag instead of Whitlock? |

Darkside wrote: Shouldn't rg be the douchebag instead of Whitlock? No. Whitlock ripped the hell out of Cutler for coming out of the game when he couldnt plant his leg and became a liability Now, he's ripping Bob Griffin for NOT coming out of the game in the same situation. Plus he sucks as a writer |

Hi guys! It was forty years ago this week that the fourteen season run of Bonanza came to a lugubrious end with Little Joe being chased by a crazy man. Huhuhuhuhuh. This week’s crap goes out to Jason Whitlock who, after last Sunday’s Redskins game wrote, QUOTE, “RG3 bought the hype -- his own. He was awful and a liability to his team. He couldn’t plant on his right leg or accurately throw the football downfield. He couldn’t run much either. He limped sideways for nine yards on one play, and you wondered why he stayed in the game.” This is the same Jason Whitlock who accused Jay Cutler of checking out of the NFC Championship game when he came out with an injury in 2011. So, Jason Whitlock should quarterbacks stay in or come out and who are you crappin’? CUE SOUND EFFECT. |

Any time Whitlock can get mentioned on B&B is alright by me. I've never seen two guys do a complete 180 on their opinion of someone faster than when Jason wasn't working for ESPN anymore. |

Wasn't listening back then. I just find the Whitlock situation hilarious because their dislike seemed very personal. |

It's pretty damn funny how much they bow to Hub now. I was listening to Hub with them yesterday driving home from work at 5, and he was saying what many of us have, that the Singletary interview, and 4 ST coaches being interviewed, and all the other guys, gives the impression Phil didn't know what he was doing and it was a bizarre process. They didn't even remotely challenge him whatsoever even though he was saying things like "Im not sure Emery knows what he's doing, etc." When a caller calls up with the same thought he gets screamed at. CH was spot on when he described them as cowardly bullies speaking lies to the powerless. |

But then he became their Bears Expert and he was treated with Bowenesque reverence. |

Hub's defense of Dick Jauron was like nothing I'd heard, or have heard again. Cheerleaders? Sure. Hub sounded like he wanted to physically confront people speaking poorly of Jauron. Laurence: How did your earring get ripped out? Hub: Look guys, here's what I know. Someone questioned Dick's scheme and things got real. Laurence: Man, I was right there and I didn't see that. I was about the lay that dude out. I don't listen much these days, so maybe I'm missing something. When did B&B turn into Whitlock fans? Since last year, I've heard them have an on-air argument with him, and refer to chip eating. |

B&B loved Whitlock and had him on to say as much. Almost a year later they had him on and shot one of his columns to bits. Very testy stuff. Think it may have been about Cutler knee injury. My memory isn't what it once was. |

Then during transition Boers and Bernstein were tearing Whitlock to pieces and he called back in response to the tweets shortly after the show started. |

I don't specifically remember them having Whitlock on, but they praised him for ripping apart Brian Kelly and calling for his firing a few months before. |

Jauron is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. He was a member of Royal Melbourne Country Club in Long Grove, & was a very active member of the club, playing in all of the member & member-guest tournaments that I participated in. Jauron was a good golfer & a hell of a guy. |
