He fired everybody and privatized this shit. For the first month the new people were polite but incompetent. That wasn't a bad tradeoff since the city workers were rude as fuck. Now the new people are still incompetent, but quckly becoming nearly as rude as the old people. Chicago: the city that doesn't work. |
