Post subject:  Davidson-Marquette Officials
Marquette mugs the player after he passes the ball WHILE there coach is 1/4 of the way on the court in game POINTING OUT that they fouled him and all three officials follow the ball instead of the action.

Additional douchebags to the announcers who recognized none of this despite having several minutes while the refs verfied the time

No sour grapes on this for me as Davidson covered the spread and in my pool.

If Davidson wanted to be fouled they had the chance. They have no one to blame but themselves.

Davidson did every possible thing they could to lose that game.

I agree, you have a 9 point lead with over 5 to go and they totally went into shell mode. You are the 14 seed go for it, then when they had to go back into their offense they had no rhythm.

I just re watched the last 3 minutes. Brutal.

Especially the last play. As soon as Marquette inbounded the ball, the Davidson guy immediately backed up 10 feet, making it easy for V Blue to get a head of steam going on the drive.

If he bodies him up, it at least takes an extra couple seconds.

Just awful

but, they were fouled. Peterson was even screaming for the officials to call it.

but, they should have never put themselves in that position to leave it to a officials call if there was one. Finish the game, they didn't.
