I see little difference, in the final analysis, between Minstrel Shows and Tyler Perry with particular regard to both entertainment value as well as social value, never mind the wonderful racial sensitivity so richly found in both forms of so-called 'entertainment'. |

Funny people had some good lines, but was not a good movie. 50 first dates was a decent movie Yes, for every 1 decent movie, maybe 2 bad ones. Grown Ups, which I havent seen, but can make a great guess as to the whole story line, made enough to film Grown Ups 2. Longest Yard, also not terrible. Especially for a remake. |

The last Adam Sandler comedy that I saw was The Waterboy in 1998. Every comedy since looks horrible, so I have avoided them. IMO, his best movie is Punch Drunk Love. |
