Police were questioning 2nd graders at my daughter's daycare yesterday because a kid was missing. He was at his regularly scheduled wednesday tutoring. His mother forgot so she told the police she had no idea where he might be. |

Sounds pretty odd, tutoring sounds like something that would happen at the same time/place on a regular basis, not a one off thing you might forget |

I know the kids younger brother. Seems like a normal kid. I could see mixing it up for like 5 minutes and then remembering but if the police get involved and you still cant remember, you may need some help |

My wife wanders around from room to room trying to remember what she got up for.... Or she calls me and then keeps me on the phone for 5 minutes trying to remember what she called for. Unless it's just my wife |

Unless it's just my wife I wonder how this would be chronicled back in Old Testament times. I'm not trying to be purposefully agitational here. Just a comment on perspective on how things are spun into morality parables that may be passed on for generations (if not centuries of human existence.) |

Would she forget where the kid is even with police asking her? I'd like to think no. However in my head I have a scenario where she is totally freaked out and calls the cops and not until she is talking to them does she realize its Wednesday and not Tuesday. |

worst thing I ever did. sleep deprived from having a newborn, I took him to get thai carryout. forgot he was in the car. left him in unlocked car around the corner for like 10 minutes as I wait in restaurant. come back to car. go home. bring in the food. wife says, "where's junior?" OMG!!! I nearly faint, run out to car and he is in the back seat asleep. thankfully, wife just thought I forgot to bring him in from garage. |
