I'm with MD on this one. I would never buy another Epson printer specifically for this reason. The most aggravating part is when it tells us we're out of a color ink despite the fact that we only print in black & white. |

The other two things that are shady about Epson is that the ink level is calculated based on number of pages (and not ink in the cartridge) and they purposely make it so their printers don't work well with refilled ink. |

Changed ink to a non-Epson ink cartridge and they told me it would "void the warranty" if I proceeded. Bastards. |
