I have an emergency Benadryl in my pocket. Like a last resot "kill switch" sort of thing. Once I take it, I'm pretty much done with everything for a few hours...

My allergies were awful this weekend, maybe the worst they have ever been. They've been better the last couple of days, but still pretty annoying.

There's an attractive woman a few cubicles over who is apparently having similar sneezing problems. I didn't know hot girls had snot. That's kinda cool. I'm still pretty sure they don't take dumps though.

I haven't gotten much sleep the last 4-5 nights because I've been so stuffy. Its pretty crazy. I'm thinking of going to see an allergist and maybe getting some shots because it would be fucking hell to go thru this all spring/summer.

You allergy guys should check out UV lights for your furnace/AC system.
They really do work and are very easy to install.
Also, check out Phi Cells. Similar to UV, but coated and it reduces odors, and can do some great things like oxydizing Carbon Monoxide and other stuff.

DO NOT buy those super allergy hyper filters for your furnace/air handler.
They will fuck it up.

I've been MUCH better the last few weeks, but the first part of the year was so bad that I had allergy testing done.

I threw a little big of a reaction to cats, but nothing bad. I threw pretty bad reactions to tree & grass pollens, ragweed, and mold. The DR recommends that I get some allergy shots, and I tend to agree, but I don't think I can justify spending over $4000 on them over the next year.

Has anybody else ever had allergy shots? Did they work or not?
