I will assume the guy is going out of his mind right now, being it is the only time in his life he probably hasn't been involved in a baseball team since the age of 5?

So he agrees to do some ESPN in studio work!

Shows up late, unshaven, with a terrible jacket, poorly tied tie and some jeans!

he said very little at the table of Herm Edwards, Jon Barry and ?.

I will give him this, what little he said about motivating players was probably better than the 20 times more garbage Edwards said.

If you are going to make the effort to get to Bristol, CONN, which is kind of a pain in the ass, you make as well make an effort to keep the job! or in this case, at least get it!

If Ozzie was established and actually worked a bit of him being outspoken Ozzie...Maybe Live from his boat?

Wilbon is established. I cant stand the guy, but in the ESPN farm, he carries some weight.

I put Wilbon in the Belushi category of guys ready to jump on the Chicago Bandwagon.

I'm sure that no matter where he is, he carries plenty of that.

Nor is he as gargantuan as JB.

KS, I think JB is wearing a piece. Looks as if he wears the same brand of sponge that Steve Baskerville wears.

I don't think you know who your are messing with.

SICP golf outing June 26. Wilbon will be there, as he always is. Maybe I'll put you in my foursome.

Hey, bigfan, it's a private club. Don't tell them you're jewish!

Wilbon is as good as it gets for an Ignatius guy.

Still not really sure how good that is though.
