Listening to Grobber on the way home from work, I guess there were some incidents at the Joe where Detroit fans weren't so nice to people cheering for the Hawks, even their children. Well you dumbfucks you ought to have your fucking heads examined for (a) going to Detroit to attend the game in the first fucking place and (b) taking and subjecting your young children to that potentially dangerous environment . Then you have the balls to call into Grobber and be all sad panda about it? fuck you you stupid fucking dolts, what the fuck kind of reception were you expecting? Stay the fuck home or go to a local establishment with your fellow unwashed masses and cheer your team on from there. Also, dont go on about the class and sportsmanship of hawks fans at the UC, Ive seen plenty of times where theyve given opposing fans in attendance the same fucking treatment. So take your tears and whining and go fuck off to high heaven ok? |

Yes, a fan who goes to certain ballparks/stadiums might reasonably expect that they may be treated poorly. But that doesn't excuse the poor behavior and if it was exceptionally awful I don't see any reason why someone shouldn't complain about it. The security in the arena should always ensure that fans are made to feel safe and that anyone who might harass or threaten an opposing fan, should be ejected from the arena. Same should be true for fans here in Chicago or anywhere. Nomination denied. |

Nothing wrong with a little jawing back and forth. The poor children would be subject to hear all kinds of objectionable language at the UC, or any other venue where 20,000 people are being served alcoholic beverages. Hawks fans scream Detroit sucks, in an always classy gesture. Your denial has been DENIED! |

Any Hawks fan who went to Detroit last night and thought they wouldn't be verbally abused while wearing Hawks gear did not have realistic expectations. Doesn't make it right, but it is reality. |
