What a sensitive douche, his all time starting 5 is missing the greatest player of all time. |

Maybe there's some old timer that JORR will wax poetic about. Worthy was a 3, definitely not a 4. Yeah, Worthy is generally considered a small forward. But these positions are fluid. There were plenty of times when Worthy had to guard what you would call the other team's power forward. There were times when they went smaller and he was in the game with Keith Wilkes or maybe Cooper. And guys like Lucas and Duncan were hybrid types that played what we now call the 4 and the 5. I'm not sure if Duncan is going to be remembered as a center or a forward. Hell, guys like Magic and LeBron play(ed) whatever position they wanted at given times during the game. And I don't think most people view Jordan as a point guard, but he often guarded point guards and I think it's pretty appropriate to call a guy who handled the ball as much as he did a point guard if you want to. Anyway, I think in the modern NBA the positions are a lot less strict than they once were. |

"The Mailman doesn't deliver on Sunday" One of the greatest lines ever delivered from one athlete to another. In crunch time no less. Malone crapped his pants and any shot he ever had at winning a title. Leaving the greatest player ever off your list won't take that bitter taste away Karl. |

Everyone remembers Jordan hitting the shot over Russell, but it was actually Malone who spurred that whole play by turning over the ball to Jordan just prior to the famous shot. 0-2 vs Jordan in the Finals, plus an assist to MJ when Utah was up one with less than 30 seconds to go in game six. That really cemented his reputation as a player who couldn't deliver when it mattered. He's got nothing to stand on. |

Anyone remember how it was a big deal that Karl Malone would spend his summers running up hills carrying rocks? I could be making it up. I was a pretty dumb kid. I may be remembering it wrong. |

She walks in the house and says to Little Crest. " you'll never guess who I served today. Scottie Pippen and So and So. So and So tipped me well. Pippen, tipped me nothing." She had not heard of his reputation. She did say he was very friendly though. |
