How do you not notice two inmates tie a bunch of sheets together, break the window, and scale down 20 stories to escape? And on top of that, you didn't notice for several hours and now they cannot be found. What a fucking joke.

Aren't you always complaining about high taxes? So you want to spend more on Prisons? This was only the second escape from this place ever. I think they are doing okay.

But seriously, the only reason there have only been two escapes is because the inmates obviously didn't realize how easy it was to escape.

Easy? Dropping yourself down 20 stories with only a bed sheet to support you is not exactly easy. This could have easily ended with these dopes splattering themselves all over the street below.
