Still a long ways to go it seems. Scary to think that this guy is probably not alone with this thought.

The anti gay marriage people make no sense. If it's really about religion, then the government shouldn't be involved in it whatsoever. If it's YOUR belief that YOUR God will smite these terrible gays, then be confident in that belief that they are all going to hell or whatever the fuck it is your believe. It doesn't affect you whatsoever.

I honestly do think that the polygamist groups out west will in fact win under these same arguments.

So if someone has no choice in determining their sexual preference, does that possibly mean that a pedophile has no choice either?

Can't say that I agree with the pedo/bestiality comparison but I think that polygamists probably have a decent case to make in the wake of the ruling.

Brick raised a solid point though. A child cant legally give consent so how can we determine they are willing?

If we go down this road then the local/state/federal governments should end all marriage subsidies, tax breaks, credits and other accommodations.
